Wouldn't a Transformation Effect be better? Like you make a Avatar card and then they can transform in individual avatar states?

But, as Roku said, "In the Avatar State, you are at your most powerful, but you are also at your most vulnerable." Why would it prevent all combat damage. It would be more like "You lose the game if any damage is dealt to you." and then have a good laugh when your opponent plays Lighting Bolt.

He is avatar, so yes he must and can use all colours (So good choice to have all coloured mana cost)

how can you reduce the cost of a card with multiple colored mana (especially two or more colors at a time) to 1. Or do you mean everything costs 1 colorless mana?

I was thinking about change this card for something like this:

"You can only play Avatar State if you have 5 or less than life.

All damage of sources are reduced to 1; all damage that you cause this turn are multiplied by two; spells that you play this turn has their cost reduced to one generic mana of every colour of that spell"

This way, you can receire 1 of damage of every source [so, if it was more than 5 sources, you're dead anyway x.x]; and gold cards will cost a little more... ._.
