When I look this card, it really is the stuff the most get my attention @_@
I'm agree with you in this xD
But anyway, I think if it was a mithic rare or MAYBE just rare, it's an acceptable card in MTG. '-'

I do enjoy making planeswalkers though, I'm gonna put up some cards without pics eventually xD watch for them, they're OP mill XD
Nothing that change the card itself. Just fix xD
If you look at the other planeswalkers, their final ability is usually something game-breaking (Elspeth makes all of your permanents indestructible, for instance, and Jace knocks 20 cards off the top of your opponent's library.)
Considering that the Triforce will be creeping up one counter at a time while your opponent is attacking it, -8 should be something more like, "Remove all creatures your opponent controls from the game." (This will, of course, leave them free to play more.)
If you want to keep the ability it has, I recommend changing the wording to, "Name a card. All copies of that card are removed from the game." That way, it doesn't target in the first place, so it'll work on cards with Shroud and you don't have to say so.
